Venue search is an optional Google Maps feature in the Showtime Production Book. Use of this feature is subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Confirm that a match is the intended venue. Its public entrance may differ from a truck entrance or loading dock.
When an authorized manager chooses Search venues, the venue name and city entered in the search box are sent to Google through Showtime’s server. The feature does not request the device’s GPS location. Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy.
The app stores usage counts to enforce the shared 1,000-search monthly limit. It does not save search result lists or automatically overwrite job addresses. Existing Showtime sign-in and job-access controls still apply. Manual entry remains available.
Google Maps search results are shown as a current reference. Review official venue information for loading and parking instructions.
